Instructions

sudo apt update
sudo apt install lz4 zstd

Install Prerequisites

sudo systemctl stop monad-bft monad-execution monad-rpc

Stop processes

bash /opt/monad/scripts/reset-workspace.sh

Run reset-workspace.sh to ensure data is deleted.

monad-mpt --storage /dev/triedb --truncate --yes

Truncate triedb storage

mkdir -p /opt/monad/snapshot
cd /opt/monad/snapshot

Move to snapshot directory

export SNAPSHOT_NAME=monad-20251125T1555
export BLOCK_ID=51733851

Configure snapshot metadata

wget https://snapshots.encapsulate.xyz/testnet/monad/$SNAPSHOT_NAME.tar.zst

Download files

Verify Checksum

Unzip Snapshot

Load snapshot

systemctl start monad-mpt
systemctl start monad-bft monad-execution monad-rpc
