What we collect when you use this site, why, and what we do with it — in plain words, and as little as the site needs.

Who we are
Encapsulate runs validators on public blockchains. This policy covers encapsulate.xyz and the pages under it and our booking form. It does not cover the chains themselves: anything you sign on-chain is public by design and outside our control.
The site is run by Encapsulate Limited, a company limited by shares registered with the Innovation City Authority, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (registration no. 01010263, business licence no. 07010264). Registered office: Office A, Innovation City Business Centre, RAK BANK ROC Office, Ground Floor, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. That entity is the data controller for anything described here.
What we collect
We collect as little as the site needs to work, and we say what each piece is for.
- Booking a call: your name, email and anything you type into the notes. Handled by Cal.com under their terms; we see the booking, not your calendar.
- Writing to us: the email you send from and what you write.
- Analytics: two, and neither sets a cookie. Super, our host, counts page views and shows us the totals. Vercel Speed Insights, which Super adds because it hosts on Vercel, measures how fast pages load — not who visits. There is no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, Hotjar or Clarity on the site.
- Server logs: IP address, browser and the page requested, kept by our hosting provider under its own retention.
How we use it
To hold the call you booked, to answer what you asked and to keep the site running and safe. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make a feature work, each bound by its own terms:
- Cal.com — scheduling the call.
- Google Workspace — our email; what you send to hello@encapsulate.xyz lands there.
- Super, on Notion, hosted on Vercel — serving the site, counting page views and keeping its server logs.
- Authorities, if the law requires it and the request is valid.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies. The only cookies anywhere on it come from Cal.com’s booking calendar, on the contact page and in the booking drawer: Cloudflare’s bot check (about thirty minutes) and Cal.com’s own session cookies. None of them track you across sites. If we add anything that needs consent, we will ask for it first, on the page, in plain words.
How long we keep it
Booking details until the call has happened and any follow-up is done, then twelve months. Correspondence for as long as the conversation is live, then twelve months. Server logs are the hosting provider’s and follow its retention.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a use. Write to the address below; we answer within thirty days. We are established in the United Arab Emirates and handle personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your own data protection authority.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
