Terms of use
The ground rules for using this site and for delegating to a validator we run. Short, because there is not much to say.

What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of encapsulate.xyz and the content on it. The site is run by Encapsulate Limited, a company limited by shares registered with the Innovation City Authority, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (registration no. 01010263, business licence no. 07010264). Registered office: Office A, Innovation City Business Centre, RAK BANK ROC Office, Ground Floor, Al Rifaa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Delegating to a validator we run is a transaction on a public chain, governed by that chain’s protocol; it is not a contract with us, and these terms do not change that.
Information, not advice
Reward rates, commissions, unbonding periods and every other figure on this site describe how a chain’s protocol works, as we understand it, at the date shown. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they are not a promise of any return. Chains change their parameters; check the chain before you act.
Delegating to us
When you delegate, your tokens stay in your wallet under your keys. We never hold, move or have access to them. We run the validator; the protocol pays rewards and applies penalties. If a chain slashes our validator, the protocol may reduce delegated stake as it defines — we describe our safeguards on the Security page, but no operator can make that risk zero.
Guides and tools
Our staking guides, dashboards, bots and playbooks are provided as-is, to help. We test them on our own infrastructure, but we cannot know your setup. Read before you run, and keep your own keys out of anything you paste.
Our content
The text, diagrams and design of this site are ours. The code we publish is under the licence stated in each repository. Chain names and marks belong to their projects; we show them to identify the network, not to claim any affiliation beyond running a validator on it.
Links elsewhere
We link to explorers, wallets, documentation and the chains’ own sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they show or do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from using this site, acting on its content, or delegating to a validator we run — including losses from slashing, downtime, protocol changes or market movement. Where the law does not allow a limit, it does not apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Ras Al Khaimah, and any dispute goes to the courts there.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top changes with them. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
