Common questions
Is there a minimum?
25 AVAX — the smallest delegation the chain accepts.
Do you hold my tokens?
No. They stay in your wallet — delegation is non-custodial.
How often are rewards paid?
In one sum when your staking period ends, sent to your P-Chain address with your stake.
What happens if you go offline?
A standby node takes over. If the node is up under 80% of its staking period, the chain pays no rewards; stake is never cut.
Can I unstake at any time?
No. Your AVAX is locked for the period you choose — 2 weeks to 1 year — then returns with its rewards.
